Kolten Wong agrees to a multi-year deal with the Milwaukee Brewers, according to Jon Morosi of MLB Network. The agreement is a two-year deal worth $18 million along with a club option. (Jon Morosi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wong is looking to make a big impact with the Brewers. Wong is very versatile, playing games at 2B, SS, and CF in his career with the St. Louis Cardinals. However, his premium defense will likely keep him in the lineup as the team’s everyday second baseman. This means Keston Hiura will likely need to shift over to first base. It’s an odd setup, so we’ll see what the Brewers say about it moving forward.
