Correa and the Astros recently avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year, $11.7 million deal. However, it sounds as if the two sides are interested in getting a deal done before Correa reaches free agency after the 2021 season. The 26-year-old had a down year last summer but is fully expected to receive a huge contract wherever he winds up.
