Brett Gardner 'definitely' planning to play in 2021

Free agent outfielder Brett Gardner is "definitely still planning to play" in 2021, according to Jon Morosi of MLB Network. (Jon Morosi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Gardner is 37-year-old and has spent his whole career with the New York Yankees, the team that drafted him out of college. Per earlier reports the outfielder has to receive an offer from the Yanks, though. Gardner will find a home somewhere this upcoming season but whether that is with the Yankees or elsewhere remains to be seen.
