Brandon Belt is set to return to 1B for the San Francisco Giants today against the San Diego Padres. Belt missed the last five games due to a groin injury he picked up in game two against the Diamondbacks. (Alex Pavlovic on Twitter)

Belt will be returning against a tough Padres team that just ripped the Giants apart in a 10-2 win in their past matchup. Starting Belt today is too much of a risk considering he has only played one game so far this season. Look elsewhere if you are in desperate need of a starter at 1B.
