Rich Hill agrees to deal with Tampa Bay Rays

Free-agent pitcher Rich Hill has agreed to a deal with the Tampa Bay Rays that is pending a physical, according to MLB insider Robert Murray. (Robert Murray on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hill, who will turn 41 years old in a month, pitched to a 3.03 ERA over 38 2/3 innings for the Twins in 2020. While he doesn't have much velocity and doesn't miss many bats, he does have excellent spin rates and limits hard contact. He will face a tough test in his move to the American League East, but he lands with an organization known for getting the most out of pitchers.
