Jake Lamb agrees to contract with Braves

Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports the Braves have reached a contract agreement with 1B/3B Jake Lamb. (Mark Bowman on Twitter)

The deal is pending a physical but is expected to be a major league contract. Lamb will likely serve as a backup to Freddie Freeman and Austin Riley at the corner infield positions in Atlanta.
