Andriese signed a one-year, $1.85 million contract with the Red Sox during the offseason. He owned a 4.50 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and a 33:11 K:BB across 32 innings for the Angels in 2020. Andriese can pitch in any role and is viewed by the Red Sox as a “utility” pitcher.
