The 23-year-old was once considered the best pitching prospect in the sport. However, it has now been three years since witnessed his immense potential, as Whitley has dealt with both injuries and ineffectiveness in recent campaigns. He's still a top-100 prospect at most publications but time is running out for him. Houston will likely have him debut at some point in 2021.
