Hicks mentioned during the offseason that his arm still doesn’t feel the same after undergoing Tommy John surgery in October 2019. He changed his tune and said on Thursday that feels “100 percent recovered.” Hicks slashed .225/.379/.414 with six home runs, 21 RBI, 28 runs scored and four stolen bases across 211 plate appearances in 2020. The 31-year-old is an intriguing late-round pick and currently 75th among all outfielders in the latest expert consensus draft rankings.
