Dozier signed a one-year, $2.72 million deal with the Royals this offseason. Kansas City reportedly is in serious talks to extend Dozier to a long-term deal. The 29-year-old is expected to be the Royals everyday third baseman in 2021. Dozier slashed .228/.344/.392 with six home runs, 12 RBI, 29 runs scored and four stolen bases across 186 plate appearances in 2020.
