Jed Lowrie (knee) hasn’t been cleared for games yet

A’s manager Bob Melvin said Jed Lowrie (knee) continues to face live pitching, but “hasn’t been cleared him to play in games.” (Martin Gallegos on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Lowrie signed a minor-league deal with the Atheltics during the offseason. The veteran second baseman has been limited to just nine games the last two years. Lowrie underwent surgery in October to address lingering soreness in his left knee and is progressing well in his recovery. The 36-year-old will try to land a bench spot for the Athletics in 2021.
