Matt Chapman slated to play defense on Friday

Matt Chapman (hip) is scheduled to play defense starting on Friday. He has been cleared to hit and will start at designated hitter in Wednesday's Spring Training game. (Alex Coffey on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Chapman had season-ending hip surgery in September 2020, and is expected to be a full-go for Opening Day. Before his injury, Chapman batted .232 with 10 homers and a .812 OPS in 37 games in 2020.
