Fantasy Impact:
After signing with the Rays earlier this year, Archer is still rehabbing from a shoulder injury last June. The Rays are hopeful he will make an appearance in a spring training game soon. There is still talent with Archer but he is not in an easy division when it comes to being a pitcher.
