Dansby Swanson went 1-for-2 with a double and strikeout in Thursday's game against the Pirates.
Fantasy Impact:
After they traded for Swanson several years ago the Braves projected him as a #2 hitter, yes, they think highly of him. Barring injuries, this year he will most likely hit from the bottom half of the order. You can discount him for that but he should still post a solid average this year and for years to come. Dansby has proven that he can make adjustments at the plate and continues to show improvement each year.
