Mat Latos better, but still not great on Monday

Miami Marlins starter Mat Latos allowed three runs and five hits in four innings on Monday, getting the loss against the Atlanta Braves.
Fantasy Impact:
Only two of the runs Latos allowed were earned, and he had to deal with a one hour rain delay before the game began followed by a 30 minute one in the middle of his outing. He looked significantly better than he did in his last outing in which he gave up seven runs and only got two outs, but he certainly still didn't look like the pitcher the Marlins wanted when they traded for him.
