Daulton Varsho triples on Monday vs. the Giants

Daulton Varsho went 1-for-3 with a triple and run scored vs. the Giants in Monday's Cactus League game.
Fantasy Impact:
Varsho started behind the plate in this one and batted seventh. The 24-year-old has now made two appearances at catcher, two at center field, and one as the designated hitter so far this spring. Through 12 at-bats, Varsho is batting .250/.250/.750 with a double, a triple, a home run, and three runs scored. He's an intriguing name for fantasy purposes due to his catcher-eligibility but there's not a guarantee he makes the Opening Day roster. His ability to play in the outfield will help his chances, though, so he's a name to keep an eye on as the regular season approaches. Varsho offers the rare power/speed combination out of the catcher spot.
