Tanner Rainey threw a 30-pitch bullpen session Monday and felt good, per Davey Martinez. Rainey had been shut down for a little while with a muscle strain near his collarbone. (Mark Zuckerman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rainey went 1-1 last season in 20.1 innings, had a 2.66 ERA and a 0.738 WHIP. Rainey last pitched an inning on September 10th, 2020, so it is still unsure if he will be ready for opening day.
