Fantasy Impact:
Franco is the consensus best prospect in baseball. A natural shortstop, the 20-year-old is currently "blocked" by Willy Adames at the big league level. Adames isn't going to keep Franco from making it to the majors, but it's notable that the Rays are willing to give him a look at another position. A switch-hitter with an 80-grade hit tool, Franco is going to be a priority add off waivers the second he arrives in the big leagues.
