Fantasy Impact:

Kelenic suffered a strained adductor muscle in his knee earlier this spring, but has been recovering quickly. Kelenic took BP over the weekend, and it would be a very positive sign to see him back in games this week. The Mariners will likely be careful with their top prospect, so it's unclear whether Kelenic will be with the big league club on Opening Day. Even if he starts the season at the Mariners' alternate site, Mariners fans and fantasy managers will be happy to see he's progressing well. If he's healthy, Kelenic still has the potential to compete for the AL Rookie of the Year.
