Lucas Sims (elbow) 'very confident' he'll be ready for regular season

Lucas Sims said on Thursday that he is 'very confident' that he'll be ready to go for the regular season. Sims threw live BP on Wednesday and felt good during and after the session. (C. Trent Rosecrans on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Despite his elbow soreness, Sims has continued to do drill work throughout spring training. Amir Garrett is still the presumed closer for the Reds, and he has progressed well with his forearm injury. Even though Garrett is the favorite to be the closer, Sims is worth keeping an eye on. If Garrett struggles on the mound or with injury, Sims could get his shot to close.
