Fantasy Impact:
Bummer. Royals GM Dayton Moore sent the fantasy baseball world into a frenzy when he said that he was "open minded" about Witt starting the year in the big leagues. This was always a bit of a stretch for a 20-year-old who has never played above rookie ball. Still, Witt has been highly impressive this spring, and Moore's comments shouldn't be forgotten entirely. We could see Witt in the majors at some point this year if he gets off to a hot start, and he would still be a must-have player if-and-when he gets the call.
