Fantasy Impact:
Leclerc is dealing with elbow discomfort and is expected to miss the early part of the season. He was line for the Rangers closer role, but will most likely start the season on the injured list. Leclerc is back in Texas getting his elbow examined as the Rangers await an official timetable for his return. The Rangers could turn to Ian Kennedy or Matt Bush to close games while Leclerc is sidelined, both relievers who have closing experience.
