Spencer Turnbull (COVID-19) to miss first few series

Tigers starting pitcher Spencer Turnbull won't be available for at least the first few series, according to manager A.J. Hinch. Turnbull is currently on the COVID-19 injured list. (Jason Beck on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Tigers haven't explicitly stated that Turnbull has tested positive for COVID-19, but his placement on the COVID-19 injured list and the timetable for return that Hinch announced on Sunday certainly indicate that is indeed the case. In 2020, we saw multiple players test positive for the virus early in the season and then never quite look right the rest of the way. Others, though, returned and appeared unaffected. Monitor the right-hander's status in the coming weeks but don't expect to see him back before at least mid-April.
