Dodgers catcher Will Smith is absent from Thursday's Opening day lineup against the Rockies.
Fantasy Impact:
Austin Barnes is hitting eighth and catching in this one. The Dodgers aren't planning to use Smith as often as other teams use their starting backstops, which is certainly a frustrating development for fantasy managers. Still, Smith should be one of the best offensive catchers on a per-game basis.
