Victor Caratini went 2-4 with three RBIs in Thursday's Opening Day victory over the division-rival Diamondbacks.
Fantasy Impact:
Two of Caratini's RBIs came in the bottom of the second inning, when Caratini drove in two runs to give the Padres a 2-1 lead. Although Caratini had a successful day at the plate, fantasy managers shouldn't place too much stock in him, as his fantasy relevance will likely diminish once Austin Nola returns from the IL.
