Glen Perkins earns first save of 2015

Glen Perkins nailed down his first save Wednesday night as the Twins handed the Royals their first loss of the year. Perkins threw a perfect ninth inning and recorded one strikeout needing only 10 pitches to close out the game.
Fantasy Impact:
This is the production Perkins owners expect to see on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the Twins need to create the save opportunities before he can deliver. In 2014, the team won only 70 games, but Perkins was able to record 34 saves out of 41 opportunities, so there is light at the end of the tunnel.
