Trevor Story goes 2-for-4 on Friday night
by Andersen Pickard | Red Sox Correspondent | Sat, Apr 3rd 8:31am EDT
For the second game in a row, Trevor Story notched two hits. The Rockies shortstop has been solid through a pair of games, serving as a reliable No. 3 hitter in the lineup. Colorado ultimately lost to the Dodgers, but Story provided a boost on offense and was responsible for one run as he scored on a Charlie Blackmon homer in the seventh inning.
Fantasy Impact:
Story is excellent both as an infielder and hitter, so his big start to the year is no surprise. Many expect him to be Colorado's top offensive performer this season with Nolan Arenado in St. Louis. He ranks ninth overall and first among shortstops in our latest rest-of-season expert consensus rankings.
