Ryan Howard moved to the number seven hole in the lineup on Thursday against the Washington Nationals. Struggling for the most part this season, Howard went 1-for-3 with a walk and is now batting .167 this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Howard has yet to hit a home run this season and has only two extra base hits. Howard's line is woeful thus far, with a .194 on-base percentage and .267 slugging percentage. At this point, fantasy owners should look elsewhere at first base until Howard breaks out of his slump.
