Blue Jays catcher Danny Jansen, who exited Monday's game after taking a foul ball off his knee, will be evaluated on a day-to-day basis, according to manager Charlie Montoyo. (Kaitlyn McGrath on Twitter)

Montoyo added that Jansen was already feeling better after the game, though he did acknowledge that "for Danny Jansen to come out of a game, it has got to hurt, you know?" Evidently, the skipper respects his catcher's toughness and is confident that he can return soon, even if not tomorrow.
