A.J. Puk threw 3.1 shutout innings in long relief Monday against the Dodgers, allowing just one hit with four strikeouts and three walks.
Fantasy Impact:
Puk was just called up by Oakland prior to this game Monday against the Dodgers. He struggled a little with his command, walking three hitters, but otherwise provided the Athletics a few innings of tremendous work on the mound after starter Frankie Montas could not escape the third inning.
