Mike Mayers earned his first save of the year in win over Houston

Angels' reliever Mike Mayers gave up one hit in his single inning of work on Monday, closing out the game for the Halos and earning his first save of the season.

Fantasy Impact:

Mayers entered the game in the ninth after a late Angels' comeback to take a 7-5 lead over the Astros. Although Mayers gave up a solo shot to Kyle Tucker, he managed to preserve the Angels' lead and get his first save of the year. Raisel Iglesias is the presumed Angels' closer, and with a crowded Angels bullpen, Mayers provides little fantasy value for the time being.
