Luis Garcia debuted in 2020 with two home runs, one steal, and a .276 batting average in 139 plate appearances. Unfortunately, he's not relevant in 15-team redraft leagues and only relevant in dynasty formats though Garcia only provides a decent batting average with below-average power and speed. Not an exciting profile in fantasy baseball.
