Ketel Marte was placed on the 10-day IL on Thursday, according to the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Diamondbacks indicated Marte is dealing with a right hamstring strain. (Arizona Diamondbacks on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Marte injured his hamstring while trying to leg out an infield single in Wednesday night's game against the Rockies. This will come as disappointing news to fantasy managers, as Marte has started the year hot, slashing .462/.500/.846 with 2 home runs. Tim Locastro could see increased opportunities in CF in Marte's absence.
