Kwang Hyun Kim (back) will throw another simulated game

St. Lous Cardinals LHP Kwang Hyun Kim, who's been on the IL all season with a back issue, will throw at least one more simulated game before the team decides to activate him. (Jeff Jones on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Kim threw 68 pitches in a simulated game on Tuesday and looked good by all accounts. It would make sense that the Cards want to see him get through at least one more session before activating him. This means Daniel Ponce de Leon and John Gant should both get at least one more start this weekend vs. the Brewers. If Kim experiences no setbacks over the weekend then ook for him to be activated next week for the series against the Nationals.
