Tyler Anderson (0-2) was saddled with his second loss of the season against the Cubs on Thursday. He allowed three runs on 10 hits and no walks in 5.1 innings. He struck out five.
Fantasy Impact:
Anderson was not at his sharpest on Thursday, allowing 10 hits over 5.1 innings, including two homers. There was some speculation that Anderson would be an interesting sleeper this season after leaving Colorado, and his strikeout number do bear watching. Otherwise, wins will be few and far between for the left-hander. He has a 5.23 ERA and 1.65 WHIP across 10.1 innings this season. He lines up to take on the Padres next week.
