Astros slugger Yordan Alvarez went 2-for-4 with a home run and double on Thursday. He scored once and knocked in two runs in addition to striking out twice.

Alvarez has had a strong start to the season and brought his batting average up to .333 in the win on Thursday. The 23-year-old is once again looking to be a key part of the Houston lineup in his third big-league season.
