Joe Musgrove threw a no-hitter against the Rangers on Friday, and struck out 10 in the process. It was the first no-hitter in Padres' franchise history.

Musgrove was masterful against the Rangers on Friday night, and was able to pitch his way to a no-hitter. A hit-by-pitch in the fourth inning was the only blemish separating Musgrove from perfection. Musgrove is originally from the San Diego area, and the home town kid has had an incredible start to his Padres career, allowing 0 runs in 15 innings pitched with 18 strikeouts.
