Kohei Arihara surrenders three runs in loss

Rangers starter Kohei Arihara allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits over four innings, earning the loss as Texas fell to San Diego. The right-hander finished with one strikeout and one walk.
Fantasy Impact:
Arihara now has a 5.00 ERA over nine innings this season. He hasn't been terrible, but there are areas of his game that certainly need improvement. For example, the strikeouts aren't there thus far as he has K'd just two batters. He'll get another chance on Wednesday against the Rays.
