RHP Luke Weaver nabbed his first win of the season on Sunday when he allowed just one hit and one walk with eight strikeouts over seven innings pitched in a 7-0 Diamondbacks win over the Reds.
Fantasy Impact:
This was one of the best starts of Weaver's career as he was throwing a perfect game through six innings. He fired 63 of his 94 pitches for strikes while holding the red hot Cincinnati offense to just one hit. He's rocking an impressive 2.13 ERA, 0.47 WHIP, and 11:0 K/BB ratio through two starts to begin the season. He gets the Nationals on the road in his next turn.
