Josh Bell reinstated from COVID-19 IL

Fantasy Impact:
It doesn't sound like Bell necessarily had COVID-19 and was instead just quarantining because he was a close contact. But, either way, Bell has been officially activated and looks good to go this week. Bell is batting fourth and starting at first base in Monday’s game against the Cardinals. Fantasy managers in weekly leagues can probably feel comfortable starting him in light of the Nationals' seven-game week.
