Ronald Guzman exited the Rangers' game against the Rays in the first inning on Monday with an apparent leg injury. (Evan Grant on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Guzman got a late break on a pop fly to shallow left field and had to make an awkward maneuver to avoid colliding with shortstop Isiah Kiner-Falefa. Guzman immediately pulled up and began grabbing at his leg. Guzman had to be carted off the field, as he could not walk off under his own power. Eli White took over in LF as Guzman's replacement. We'll continue monitoring reports on Guzman's injury as they come out.
