Josh Donaldson (hamstring) expects to return from the IL on Wednesday

The Twins plan on activating Josh Donaldson from the injured list on Wednesday. He should return to the lineup shortly thereafter, if not on Wednesday. (Aaron Gleeman on Twitter)

Josh Donaldson played in one game and logged one plate appearance in 2021. Hopefully, Donaldson can remain healthy since he often battled injuries in his career. In NFBC leagues where you can swap in a hitter from Friday to Sunday, Donaldson is a prime candidate for the weekend series with three games at the Los Angeles Angels.
