RHP Kenley Jansen picked up his third save of the year on Wednesday when he worked a scoreless ninth inning vs. Colorado, walking one and striking out three in a 4-2 Dodgers win.
Fantasy Impact:
Jansen walked Dom Nunez to begin the ninth inning but then retired the next three batters in succession, all via strikeout. It's also worth noting that Victor Gonzalez, Blake Treinen, and Corey Knebel all pitched earlier in the contest. Jansen is now 3-for-4 on save chances and holds a 1.59 ERA, 0.63 WHIP, and 6:5 K/BB ratio over 5 2/3 innings.
