Will Vest earns the hold in game two of Thursday's doubleheader

Will Vest earned his first hold of the season for Seattle in game two of Thursday's doubleheader against Baltimore, tossing a scoreless inning.

Fantasy Impact:

Vest drew the set-up role in game two Thursday after Rafael Montero registered the hold in game one of the doubleheader. After inheriting a runner on first base with nobody out, Vest was able to catch a line drive hit to him through the air before turning around and doubling DJ Stewart at second base. The rookie has been a pleasant surprise out of the Mariners bullpen so far this season, allowing just one run over 7.1 innings pitched across six appearances.
