Dan Altavilla lands on 10-day IL with right elbow inflammation

Padres reliever Dan Altavilla is back on the injured list. This time, he's dealing with right elbow inflammation. It's the second IL stint for the right-hander through just three weeks as he missed the start of the season due to a right calf strain. (San Diego Padres on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Altavilla surrendered one run over two relief appearances (1.1 innings) prior to his injury. He struck out two batters and had yet to walk anyone. The 28-year-old is a former minor league All-Star who was dealt to San Diego from Seattle last summer.
