Joc Pederson went 2-for-3 with a walk versus Atlanta Sunday. He tripled and came around to score.

Pederson is a powerful hitter who joined the Cubs due to the opportunity for more playing time. He has had past struggles against left-handed pitching but the Cubs said they would give him the chance to show he can do it.
