Jose Altuve will remain on the COVID-19 IL for now because he "hasn't really passed the protocols yet," according to Dusty Baker. (Chandler Rome on Twitter)

As usual, there's not much clarity with regard to a player's status on the COVID-19 IL, but for now, Altuve can't be activated yet. For those in weekly leagues, keep Altuve on your bench for this week, but this doesn't sound like it will necessarily be a long-term absence.
