Logan Webb hit around by the Phillies on Tuesday
by Jon Mathisen | Giants Correspondent | Tue, Apr 20th 10:53pm EDT
RHP Logan Webb took a no-decision on Tuesday when he allowed four runs on seven hits with four strikeouts and two walks over four innings in the Giants 10-7 win over the Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
It was a slugfest out in Philadelphia as both pitching staffs were hit hard on Tuesday. Webb allowed an RBI double to Nick Maton in the bottom of the second and then a three-run home run to Brad Miller in the following frame. He was yanked after four innings and was in line for the loss until the Giants offense erupted, scoring 10 runs over the next three innings. Webb will look to bounce back from this inefficient outing on Sunday when the Giants host the Marlins.
