by Brad Camara | Twins Correspondent | Wed, Apr 21st 9:15am EDT

Carlos Santana went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and three RBI in Tuesday’s 14-7 loss to the Rays.

Fantasy Impact:

Santana took Rays pitcher Brent Honeywell deep in the fifth inning for his third long ball of the season. He’s now recorded exactly two hits in four straight games. Santana is batting .533 (8-for-15) with three doubles, a homer, four RBI, and two runs scored across 16 plate appearances during that four-game stretch. The 35-year-old first baseman is more valuable in points and OBP league formats. Santana is currently 15th among all first basemen in the latest expert consensus rankings.
