Eric Hosmer went 1-4 with a single in the Padres' loss to the Brewers on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Hosmer continues to lead the San Diego offense, as he now boasts a .903 OPS on the season. We are still in small sample size season, but there is reason to believe Hosmer could continue his hot start. Hosmer is striking out less and walking more so far in 2021. That's a good sign for fantasy managers who have Hosmer rostered. He may not finish the year with his current .903 OPS, but finishing as a top 10 fantasy first baseman is not out of the realm of possibility.
